Dear RW,
Have you ever been to Bioneers? If you’ve never experienced it, it’s an amazing conference connecting scientific and social leaders who are creating visionary ways to protect our ecosystems.
We are excited to be a part of this amazing event and will have a booth at the conference October 19 through 21 at the Marin Civic Center, where the best and the brightest innovators in the environmental movement will take center stage.
If you are around stop by our booth and say hello. Meet our staff and fellow supporters and learn more about our latest campaign to reform the environmental practices of the catalog industry and how you can get involved.
Last month, we announced our new catalog target: Sears/Lands’ End. Sears introduced the first ever catalog dating back to the company’s beginnings in the 1880’s. Today, it is the largest catalog company without responsible paper standards, mailing out more than 425 million catalogs a year that contain almost no recycled content, and using paper sourced from vital ecosystems and Endangered Forests, including Canada’s Boreal Forest. Learn more about our Sears campaign here.
We also expect to have some incredible news about our efforts to protect Endangered Forests of British Columbia.
Hope to see you at Bioneers!
