Friends: the paper reviewed here by Vandenberg et al is a truly critical contribution to the literature. This is an excellent summary. CHE plans a Partner call on the paper. I urge you to read the paper itself. But this is an excellent introduction. This paper joins the short list of seminal contributions to the field.
