Dear Sonoma County Supervisors:
To so radically change the coastal portion of the General Plan with next to no public notice is simply a outrage!
There are such serious and controversial issues involved that extensive public hearings must be held. Do the Supervisors not care for their constituents concerns? Do they not care for the democratic and transparent processes in which they are entrusted?
Why must they rush this through do they think the public would object? If so, they are failing at their responsibilities as elected representatives. I urge you to postpone this secretive process until adequate public hearings are held the public has every right to be fully involved in such far reaching decisions!
