CWL is one of Maven’s Notebook’s most ambitious projects! This open-access, online library provides the State’s most comprehensive curation of published information about our most precious natural resource. CWL allows any interested party to easily search the archive and obtain organized and timely information for informed decision-making about California water issues. Thanks to CWL, it’s no longer a frustrating chore to find information on or stay abreast of California’s water issues.
