The Draft 2026 303(d) List for the California Integrated Report and supporting draft staff report are now available for a 60-day public review and comment period from January 30 to April 2, 2025. Additionally, documents outlining tips on submitting comments and optional templates are available. Templates are optional and are not required to submit comments.
The Draft 2026 303(d) List and supporting draft staff report, and optional resources, are posted to the surface water quality assessment program webpage: 2026 Integrated Report | California State Water Resources Control Board.
A staff-hosted public workshop will be held on February 11, 2025. A State Water Board public hearing will be held on March 18, 2025.
